Program Evaluation.

The design of our program evaluation requires input from all who are involved. We encourage staff, participants, their families, guardians, and caregivers to provide us with feedback on how we can provide better services to them. Also, we will send out surveys to participants, their families, guardians, and caregivers to have a better understanding of what is working and how we can improve the effectiveness of our program. We frequently have one-on-one meetings with participants and their family members, guardians, or caregivers about the progress that has been made and areas of improvement, if any. Besides, annually, we combine all collected data (surveys, feedback, etc.), review of the existing program, recommended area of improvement and modifications into a written report which is kept on file for future reference.
